CANNOT HELP TELEPHONICALLY OR ONLINE.

Dicovery is useless!!!! I had to call in 3 times and hope I dont keep getting cut off and on my final call they finally answered....Which they could not help . They suggested I do it online,Now why should this be the only way to assist ? I am scared to make the change and I cannot even see the option I need avaliable on the website.So I am stuck! They are such a waste of time
