Cannot have a life saving procedure

An important heart rhythm cardioversion procedure was authorised on 2 August but I was too weak to drive myself to the hospital. Now the procedure has been rescheduled to the 11 August it has been rejected, same forms, same details. And the help desk is closed on Tuesday for the holiday, cannot talk to anyone while Discovery is on holiday. Useless medical aid. I pay plenty for a useless hospital plan
