Cannot get thru on your phone line again!

This is a repeated problem. I have phoned 10 times this morning to speak to a consultant and once again get cut off after the first ring. This is an ongoing problem with Discovery. You cannot get hold of anyone when you need to and it is endlessly frustrating. Please fix your phone lines !!!!!!
