Cannot get my cronic meds from Discovery

After an struggle Discovery dispatched my cronic meds on the 4/12/2020. They say they dispatch every 27 days. Well I cannot release my meds on their site, it says I am not due. I left an message on their site yesterday and I got a message that I will be contacted within 6 hours. That did not happen and I am now out of meds and I am an diabetic. This is bad service Regards Leon
