Cancer payment not paid by discovery

I have upgraded my medical aid plan in February this year . From first of May I expected all the new benefits to be updated . But to date 8 may 2023 it is still not updated and I am still paying big co-payments . I have been calling then from the 1st April 2023 and every time they promise me it will be sorted out in a few days...just to share my wife is on cancer treatment and this is causing alot of problems in terms of cost and payments..last month her treatment was almost stopped due to no payment from discovery ,which I made cash payment to ensure her treatment takes place.
