Cancelled theatre case

Can somebody at Discovery please inform the call centre personnel that an endoscopic ultrasound to locate a lymph node in the area at the base of the liver and to take a biopsy for possible Hodgkins disease, CAN NOT BE DONE IN THE DOCTORS ROOMS!!!!! WE HAD TO CANCEL THEATRE FOR TOMORROW!!! EVERYTIME I PHONE, WE NEED TO SUBMIT DIFFRENT PAPERWORK. We have been stuggeling to get a diagnosis since last year November. We were hoping to get some answers, in the mean time my mom is in a lot of pain and already on meds they give to patients with severe liver disease. Her liver functions are extremely abnormal! We just need some help!
