Cancelled my medical aid without my permission!!

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am extremely upset. I had medical aid with you guys through the company i worked for. on the day i signed i asked that what would happene should i leave the company and your rep said i will continue but will pay the full amount instead of 40%. I agreed and signed.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />When i left the company, the company stopped it and discovery did not inform me or verify anything with me. Couple of days later i went to te doctor and all my bills came back unpaid which i had to pay!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I did not authorize anyone to cancel my medical aid. Now i have been handed over for cancelation fees but i never even cancelled it.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I will not pay any cancelation fees you have costed me enough.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Very upset!!!!</p>
