Cancelled Membership

<p>We cancelled our medical aid membership and advised consultants / Discovery we are overseas, since this occured we have continuously received letters claiming we owe in excess of R7000. We responded to the letters and contacted Discovery telephonically for clarity on what this is for, to date we received no response, just another letter stating they are taking legal action. We are prepared to resolve this if we know what it is for, however according to our knowledge, we do not owe Discovery money. I did not want to resort to this, however we receive no response after emails and a phone call. We are only available on email ********** we are currently not in South Africa, I am hoping to get some feedback. </p>
