cancelled medical aid without permission?

my wife tried to get in contact with Marvin Mo***eng regarding her vitality being cancelled as he claimed he would contact her via his message, no contact was made what so ever from him. she then calls discovery and was on hold for 17 minutes before being told her medical aid was cancelled? i was debited for the full amount this month and i am unsure where or how her medical aid was cancelled? could someone kindly get back to me on this, someone that actually does respond to messages and follows through with clients unlike the initial contact she had from Marvin which was nothing. <br> <br> if i don't receive a phone call i will simply cancel and move elsewhere. i do not have the resources or time to make 20 minute calls to discovery to fix a possible admin error that might have been made when i changed jobs. <br> <br> many thanks.
