Cancelled Medical aid with out warning or consent!
It is much to my disgust that I have to right such an outrageous complaint.<br> <br> My husbands company pays a portion of our medical aid. My husband resigned and his company gave warning to Discovery that he has resigned and will be paying the medical aid himself as of 1 April 2016.<br> <br> FOR SOME UNKNOWN reason Discovery CANCELLED our medical aid and cut our savings for the year. THIS IS entirely ******* and we will now be going to the ombudsman!!! How dare you assume to cancel our medical aid. We will obviosuly be paying ourselves from april. It is now March not April and who the hell do you think you are to cancel without notifying us or getting confirmation even.!!!! you people are clearly insane and the person responsible for this needs to be fired immediately!!! Should this not be sorted out and our savings reinstated immediately we will be changing medical aids and all other business we may do with you.

I have tried contacting you but you were unable to take my calls.
I can confirm that we have received the request from your husband's company to withdraw his membership. We have not received any request to transfer the membership to private capacity as yet.
I have sent communication to you which outlines the steps to follow should your husband wish to continue with the membership in his private capacity.
