Cancelled medical aid in February - still taking payment from my account in May..?

I am not sure if you perhaps thought I was just kidding when I said please cancel my medical aid... I was in fact serious. Discovery is a ****my, underhanded bunch who repeatedly act like this - hence the cancellation in the first place. Every interaction with Discovery is a fight - your staff are untrained, your admin is a mess and your medical aid is a pointless, endless money-sucking pit of despair.
