Cancellation problems

I cancelled my Discovery in July, the last payment to Discovery was due on 1 Sep 2015.<br> However it has come to light that on Discovery's side the cancellation was never sent to my employer and now the amount has gone off my salary AGAIN!!!! I expect a refund in my account on 1 Oct latest.<br> I have tried for over 2 months to resolve this with Discovery and I am getting nowhere! and nobody is getting back to me!<br> Riaan
