Cancellation of policy without notice

My employement was terminated by my employer and discovery health didn't not even discuss with me if i want to continue with my policy. I sent them an email after they told me they attempt to call me, which was like a "buzz" call, on the email i told them that i do not wish to cancel my policy but they still cancelled.
