Cancellation Medical And Reactivation With Approval
Hi, Submission of cancellation was done for medical aid. I received an email for the cancellation, then for somehow, I receive that the medical aid will continue. How can Discovery health process this without my consent? Every time, I am transferred to finance, the call rings and then it cuts.
