Cancellation

Good day I received an email from discovery that my policy with them has been cancelled because of non payment I got several calls from advisors that why I'm I not paying my policy I told them that I have financial difficulties but to my surprise I got debited R4900 into my account without my permission or consent I asked them to cancel please refund me my money with immediate effect
