Cancellation

<p>Today I find out my medical aid has been cancelled, after they advised me to sned through all documentation to keep it active and just to change it to private. Now i understand why everyone hates discovery i spoke to 7 people in a space of 10 minutes because i keep getting transferred from one end to another, how pathetic. Now i need a bank letter which requires me to go to the bank im a working mom where in hells name should i find the time to go to bank. This is utterly pathetic and i can truly say no one can compare to bestmed, i never had any hassle they had great customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery makes it so hard to get a job at their company i had many friends that has had the best of the best jobs but could not get in to discovery, how do they make it so hard but then their customer service is so highly bladdy pathetic, no sense at all.</p>
