Canceled by continue to debit my account, *****ing from me!!!

I was on the call with girl by the name of Lebo, she putbme n hold for 20min after that my call got cut, ur service is very poor. Please check all ur calls records from my number ***,even conversation for the month of April where I was promised that they will be no further debit order iny account.


If u can check ur records u will see this my second attempt with Hellopeter. Even in July 2024 i wrote here but no luck with discovery now i will go on social media yo get ur attention nd ur poor customer services.

Please Can someone explain to me the below message regarding R1018, what is that amount for?

Outcome of Dispute Committee Review

We have investigated your query and can confirm that while this matter was referred to the Dispute Committee earlier this year, the decision was to amend your withdrawal date to 31 March 2023, provided you acknowledge that the current amount of R4,584.95 owed to the Scheme would increase by R1,018.

While we are willing to waive the outstanding premium amount, this does not absolve you from the over-expenditure on your Medical Savings Account.

Please note that the amount of R4,584.95 has been listed with the credit bureau and may adversely affect your credit record. Should you choose not to accept the Dispute Committee’s decision, the full premium amount would remain due, and the Scheme reserves the right to recover this amount.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the Dispute Committee’s decision, you may escalate the matter to the Council for Medical Schemes for further review.
