Canceled and receive a bill after 3 months

<p>I canceled my medical aid in march and when I request cancelation i was not told that any funds were outstanding on my medical now in May I get a email for outstanding amounts .I can not get a clearly answer from you guys I have sent 5 requests to be contacted I have all the references for them I need to know why when i canceled I as not informed about oustanding amounts</p>
