Cancelation problems and refund problems with Discovery Health

After requesting a cancelation of membership end of November 2019, I was still a member in January 2020 after numerous phone calls, and got told I was in the wrong my membership got canceled and back dated.. (cool) but to get your money back from Discovery is a different story. 5 working days after the backdating of cancelation I still don't have my money, phone again and now it's another 2 to 3 working days.!!! What bull ****!!!! Discovery is quick to take money but they won't pay back what was wrongfully taken..
