Cancel Vitality Immediately

My sister was called by the Vitality sales team and offered Vitality which she refused as it wouldn't be beneficial for her or her kids.She has now seen Vitality deductions from her payslip. Upon contacting Discovery Vitality. They refuse to cancel from inception but Tashriq still says there will be another deduction for August. Please cancel immediately from inception and refund premiums deducted.
