cancel medical
<p>discovery cancel medical aid 1st they say i ended it at the end of june then they say its due to no payment. where i have proof of all payments. phone to get all sorted out i get put on hold for 40 mintets.</p> <p>they say they made payment into my bank account confirm details and it is a bank account that has been closed in 2015 already.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am 27 weeks pregnant. dicnose with depresion and stress. discovery goes and does this to me. </p>

2 weeks later and still i have the same problem after taking my time in getting a letter from the bank to state that the account that they say they paid money into is closed. i have accounts that needs to be paid by discovery. how can you axpect me to pay dubbel just to get active for you to pay the account. it your own nonsens and mistake that was made and not mine but i am being punished for it. i am think of going to the medical aid board. as they say they paid me R2332 and i am saying that i never received the money. i have the proof that i have not received the money as the bank account has been closed for over a year know. i am sure i can get a statement to proof it as well.
if another medical aid would take me at 29weeks pregnant i would have cancel discovery.
