Cancel Discovery health insurance

We have imigrated to Portugal and my mom kept her medical aid active for the first 4 months here. We are now trying to cancel her medical aid. This seems to be a little problematic. She is 83 and does not have a sign on the website.

I can only be reached on my South African number on WhatsApp or alternatively on email.
