Can you trust Discovery Health with your life?

The incompetence I have experienced from Discovery Health has been unfathomable. It seems strange that a company that provides one with health insurance could be so nonchalant concerning their customers. The very idea of health insurance is that you feel willing and safe to put your life in their hands. And I tell you, that has not been my experience with Discovery. If they can’t be trusted to assign a payment correctly, how can they be trusted to take care of you in a life and death situation?

In May, Discovery Health double debited my account. And for the next three weeks, they have handed me from one consultant to the next in an attempt for them to re debit my account. Every consultant I speak to says they’ll call me back, which they hardly ever do. And a solution is never reached. They have made their problem mine and as with big bureaucratic businesses, trying to speak to anybody has the ability or power to rectify a wrong is near impossible.

Are we expected to entrust our lives with this company?
