Can you please pay me my money!
<p>In the month of April, I visited a gynae and paid R700 for consultation fee and again in May, I submitted both claims to discovery and they responded by saying will not be paid as they require the code. On my second email I noted that the doctor could not provide the procedure code as this is a consultation fee for antenatal care, guess what I still get the same response from discovery dispite my response. I am not too sure whether they are playing dump or they feel patient claiming for what its rightfully theirs is such a big issue but they don't have an issue to deduct the monthly amount without fail or questions. </p> <p>can someone with brains sort this out as I need this money for my next visit. </p>
