Can't pay for medicine

<p>I payed for my medxpress orders telephonically from my creditcard. This is now *******. I tried to pay using the website but there are no pending orders even though one has been placed telephonically yesterday awaiting payment. I do not do debit orders. Please resolve this issue before I goto another company.</p>
