Can't even take my money properly

<p>Thanks for cancelling my cover after you failed to bill me. You guys are unbelievable.<br /><br />You refused my uncle his cancer meds, you refused my Aunt her Bilharzia meds on the grounds of "exotic disease" (go research exotic and go research Bilharzia). <br /><br />After asking YOU to confirm that YOU were billing me (which you claimed you were), you then turn around and cancel my cover. Good job. Second time you've done that.<br /><br />Your competitors will appreciate my business as at least they'll be willing to take my money.<br /><br />Do not recommend. -1 stars</p>
