Calls for money but no service

Do not go with this medical aid They do not help or assist They asked for bank statement we sent then december that say we will now pay double . So here is a bill we can't afford . I told them to cancel I can not afford . Then a lady calls and says no send a affidavit. So I do . This is now in jan because they take 7 days to respond after a mail . (Note during there ****ty long admin time they still want me to pay for that days not having cover or being able to use a doctor) They did they same in July when my child was sick could not use the medical aid as they suspended because nobody picked up the payment for a month I could not use but was forced to pay that month ) my child was sick but I could not go to the doc . Now again there bad slow admin now demands double money and no services. You know what we all realised we just adding money to your pocket ***** your double increase and your medical . I will not pay .
