Calls being put on hold

<p>Receiving documents from discovery health where my signature has been forged in an attempt to phone them to resolve this issue end up holding on to the line for over 30min without anyone answering my call. I expect better service from discovery as they are the Mercedes of medical aid. 30min is an absolute disgrace and waste of my cellphone Bill and time without any reimbur*****t for it. what if it was a serious matter and I was in front of a hospital waiting for authorisation ? ??</p>
