Called in prior to appointments

Called in prior to appointments. Then when i submit My Claims, not being paid, using dr’s rates as reason. No1 told me about rates as i wouldnt have spent close to 4000 for dr’s consultation fees. Now its money lost. With them being in partnership with my employer makes it easier for them not to have a headache about my query. The complaints departments never responds
