Call service agents not useful

<p>I suffer from sever depression and my doctor wants to have me admitted to psychatric hospital. i called discovery to ask which hospital is covered ,and they told me the hospital, however when i try to get an online authorisation the hospital doesnt appear on my options. Please assist as this is getting really fustrating.</p>
