Call me and discuss this with me
I received a telephone callb from a gentlemen on 14/08/2015, I was polite in the conversation and he mentioned he would have to hand over an account but he will send an email. I sent a mail to [Email Removed] in response to his email. Now I have a defauolt on my account to which it was never explained what the matter was. I have no issues to actually pay what is due to your company gbut for you to claim I received letters via post, which I have not received is not sufficient. I was not given an opportunity to enter into an agreement for the amount nor did I receive clarity, to date, of how this could have accrued, yet I have a default on my name. I want you guys to prove to me how is it possible that you can just sent a default notice without actually calling and entering into an agreement or lack there off as it seems.
Thank you for your comment.
The Medical Savings Account (MSA) is a fixed amount that Discovery Health gives you at the beginning of the year for day-to-day medical expenses. You pay this amount back to us in 12 equal monthly instalments but, if necessary, you are free to use the whole amount at the beginning of the year to pay for valid medical expenses.
If you leave the Discovery Health Medical Scheme part-way through the year or change to another plan with a lower premium, we calculate how much of the MSA you have used and how much you have contributed to it. If you have used more from the account than what you have paid into the account, then you will need to pay the difference to us.
Upon review of your query we confirmed that the listing would remain until the amount owing to the Scheme is settled. We confirmed that you were made aware of the amount owing to the Scheme and as no further communication from you was received we followed the correct process to have the amount handed over for collection. I have sent you an email with further information regarding this.
I am sorry that I could not provide you with a different outcome to your query.
Regards
Jashvir
