Call drops and noone bothers to call me back

I reached out to discovery to find out specifics on my current plan and whether I want to change the plan for next year. I'm explaining my story and the guy drops the phone. ... I never got a call back. <br> I then went on the website and requested for a call back twice today. ...normally something like this you get a call straight away....however not with discovery .... no one had contacted me <br> Not happy as this is urgent
