Call centre staff

I ordered medicine through med express with Clicks. They did not have the stock and cancelled my order. I was phoned by a lady from Discovery who really went the extra mile to assist me. She phoned Dis Chem and arranged that they deliver my daughters medice the very next day. I cant remember her name but I do hope that Discovery looks after ladies like this because she is a real asset to Discovery. Keep up the great service.
