Call centre refer to brokers

Call centre try hard but can't answer my query. They send me emails with all the the available plans but suggest that I contact a broker. I am in this mess because a broker advised me based on his commission NOT what was best for me. This is not fair on your Call Centre staff and most certainly not fair on your clients. Lose the brokers and start managing Discovery Health.
