Call Centre not answering calls in time.
I am being assisted by a nice lady by the name of Viwe at Arwyp Medical Centre Admissions and I notice that she has being holding for more than 10 minutes to get hold of Discovery Call Centre and the queue is getting long because of this. Please review and fix this matter.
