Call center keeps dropping calls

I have had to try and contact Discovery Medical Aid *** - several times last week and 4 times this morning BUT I KEEP GETTING CUTOFF (OR MORE ACCURATELY CALL DROPPED) WHILE I WAIT. When I did get through last week the poor consultant was very helpful but acknowledged that the phone system keeps dropping calls. So frustrating as you have to go through all the useless introduction each time - do they not want you to deal with a human being ?
