By far the worst Medical Aid!!!
<p>It has taken me 2 months to obtain Motivational letters from my neurologist for stuff done whilst i was admitted in to hospital. Upon submitting it to medical aid as they requested this they have now changed the reason for rejecting the claim to "details dont match" what do you mean they dont match they havent changed. Please bare in mind i have unlimited hospital cover and my medical aid wont pay.. so thank you Discovery for **** service i will be pulling everything from you and never recommend you to anyone. I am now R11000 rand in debt that i cant afford because im wasting R1200 on your pathetic downright f*^%&$ ridiculous b*&%& service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL because they dont want to pay cause they rather suck the life out of you then do what they promise to do.. bunch of imbicles</p>

Last I heard someone told me they have contacted the doctor direct that was 3 weeks ago.
They also keep calling to rate the service and I unfortunately cant due to the fact that I dont even know what is happening.

I wll not ever deal with this bull**** company again in my life you have dropped me in debt that i cannot afford and i am taking this to the papers and the highest way i can.
You have failed to uplift the service you promise and i pay you an amount of R1200 a month for absolute *******.
I would appreciate a cancellation form if thats too much to ask for as well.

I cannot believe it has now been 4 months since my hospital stay and Discovery has still not rectified this situation.
So here is what is going to happen.
when i recieve a Summons from anyone of the above debtors i owe money too including the Hospital i will be laying a Counter-claim against Discovery and then when that is done and Discovery has paid my costs I will be suing you for Damages to my name and reputation as well as the hassle I am going to have with furture creditors.
I am so tired of the nonsense and **** this company promotes and i will be telling everyone i know (which you can bet is a load) that i do not recommend you at ay point and would rather saw out my eye***** with a s**** then let anyone join your propostoris and lying company.
So thank you for doing all you can to ***** over your clients.
