******** Button pushers

Just don't use them. The fact that their staff are so *********** and ******** is appalling. They will find any excuse in the book to deny a claim, I believe they should change their motto to denial at its best. I wonder how many of their staff have medical degrees and can competently deny these claims? They link neurological impairment to anxiety? And my wife's doctor says it's a possibility of stroke? So tell me, do I believe a medical professional? Or a keyboard warrior who does nothing but click a button all day? These people are useless, waste of space and oxygen. I don't care how many times I have to write bad reviews, people need to steer clear. This is a thievery business, not healthcare, since they couldn't care less.
