Discovery will hand you over to lawyers when you change medical aids. i was with discovery and decided to change to another medical aid. After changing over i sent a bill for R900.00. my medical aid was paid in full every month for the 10 months of last year.

This is a medical aid for a family of 4 which is not cheap equating to R60k for the 10 months, but discovery wants their R900. R10k savings given on the medical savings for the year, where did the other R50k go. We did not use a hospital for the year 2023. but discovery wants the R900. now i get a call from lawyers saying its R1114.79 to be paid.
