Bullying and non caring treatment

My wife started bleeding heavily during her first pregnancy trimester.<br> Her Obstetrician prescribed progesterone.<br> On getting 1st course the pharmacy stated that Discovery (DH) will not pay for it.<br> I called DH and the consultant (Fudge Jones) told me that DH will not pay for it but could not give a reason as to why not.<br> I found a similar complaint in HP in which DH responded that manual approval is required. I explained this to the DH consultant who then requested a letter of motivation from our specialist as well as proof that my wife is pregnant.. <br> She called me 3 days later to say payment is approved from our above threshold.<br> When we received no payment I called to follow up and the new consultants did not understand what is going on but promised to sort it out and get back to me (none ever did)<br> Fiona Mitchell sent us a out of hospital PMB form to be completed by our specialist and then restarted the manual approval procedure. No feedback from DH. I lodged a complaint and a rude woman called me to say that DH will not pay. recently got a call from Nausheena Kolia stated meds was approved but requested proof of payment. We comp****. She promised to call back in 3 days and never did
