Bully customers - because they can!

Family member was admitted to hospital, but Discovery only covers the number of days they deem fit and I've app**** for additional days with supporting justification by the physician. When I completed the application I had to provide all personal details (including financials) luckily excluding my dog's blood type, just to be informed that the Discovery \Review panel"has declined the application and no reasons are provided - because it is the \""Fund rules\""!! No appeals are allowed (again \""Fund rules\"") irrespective of the fact that the member suffers from a chronic conditions that medical aids are legally obliged to cover - but Discovery will do the bare minimum and ignore the members financial position and the fact that my premiums amount to almost R10 000 per month!!! DEAR MEMBER - please pay-up and don't expect anything in return for your continuous support"
