Bull**** service from this company

My GP sent a specialist referral form on the 12 of November marked urgent as per their advise, we were told it would take 48 hours..it's the 23 November still waiting for discovery. I have called countless times and they have been giving me countless excuses. I called them about 6 times today and they don't call back, eventually someone called and told me maybe by end of business today as it's still not done. They have escalated to the team, they have been escalating since the 17. What bull**** service is this. If y'all are tired of rendering this service ****en shut down
