Broken commitments the Discovery way.
It's sad that Discovery not only ignores claims, but also makes alot of false promises. I was promised a call initially no later than Thursday. I got one call from a certain lady who promised also said she will make sure I got a call back on Thursday. If I wasn't unavailable she would email. Neither of which I did receive. This is very disturbing , and sets the tone of what I and many other people could go through. You can not continously be delivering sub-standard service.

20 Aug 2020, 14:44I have made several private replies which have been ignored. I have still to date not received a written response. Nikita said she sent an email which I have not received. When this is a case a genuine of an email being sent, the person would forward the original email. Unfortunately such claims dont work with email. You can't say you sent an email you never did. My call register shows no records of the call when she claims to have made on 13th August. But this is a way of life at Discovery. It's part of the Discovery way. I am not surprised at the huge number of complaints.
