One coffee,one cappuchino, one hot chocolate were the highlights of the experience of waiting for a consultant and even if it took 2hours to finally get to see a consultant at your establishment, now the privilege has been removed to save a few Rands unfortunately does not bode well for the image of a multi-million dollar enterprise like Discovery.<br> <br> The removal of Newspapers ,magazines and The Coffee machine is an indicator that Discovery is already feeling the Pinch of the Forthcoming Recession that South Africa is about to experience imminently and it projects a sense that more cuts will follow across the board.<br> When I finally got to speak to Manager Marina who was allegedly in a meeting for 2 hours she apologized and mentioned that she would escalate the matter with senior Management.<br> <br> i work in a service industry as a manager myself and we all know all too well that very little gets handed over to ''so called Senior Management''.<br> <br> Senior Management have more important issues to deal with than a client who will hopefully eventually forget about his/her ' trivial ' concern.<br> <br> I am expecting feedback imminently and the Machine is COMING back !!!
