Bring back the discovery walk in center Canal Walk.

As a customer one of the best features of Discovery Health was the fact if you had any queries you could walk into the Walk in Center and resolve any issue. This worked extremely well. You were serviced by professional well trained individuals in partitioned off offices. IT WAS GREAT!

Then it was closed down.

From a client's perspective BIG mistake. The new walk in center in my and many others opinion is a disaster. You cannot even use an office to discuss personal issues. Agents cannot even access the system of LA Health for example and need to phone them instead.

This was obviously a cost saving exercise resulting in huge dissatisfaction with members. If discovery is not aware of this I will be very surprised. If so I suggest, do a survey and confirm.

Time for management to accept that they made a mistake, and correct it:
