I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff member Michail provided.I was blown away by his attitude & symphony towards my injury.He was very attentive and helpful and explain to me in very simple terms how I have to go about dealing with my situation.<br> Because of he's efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied with the customer service I was provided with.Please inform him of my gratitude & appreciation for excellent service .Thank You Michail you have made your company proud.
