BREAST REDUCTION DECLINED AGAIN!

To whom it may concern I wrote a post last year regarding my breast reduction surgery to Discovery medical aid ... my specialists have been motivating for me for the past 10 years and not once in those years have they ever considered helping me regardless of all the problems I face due to my condition... an agent called me in November last year stating that I should go to my specialists again and get updated documentation with regards to all the problems I have due to my large breasts which I did and that with my own money that I have been spending for years regardless I have medical aid since there are so many restrictions... I did what I was asked to do by medical aid and yet again I was **** to and declined for the umpteenth time.... what do I do as a loyal member of this medical aid for years its so disappointing that they cannot see that people have serious problems and need help .. all they think about is to say it is cosmetic they do not think about how we have to live our lives out in constant pain and emotional stress What do I do ?? What is my way forward to get help Discovery should not be lying to people like this it is ********* and wrong being a reputed company . This needs to be really dealt with I am not asking for a make over I have a problem which is unbearable. Regards Suraya
