Breach of POPIA

Do you know that Discovery Health shares personal information (names, surname and date of birth) of inactive members on your plan with Service Providers when a Service Providers submits claims electronically to Discovery.

Discovered this after they rejected claims submitted electronically by a Service Provider and they rejected it due to the Service Provider having selected the incorrect member.

How does their system return personal information of inactive members on your profile to 3rd parties?

Inactive member is my son who we resigned from our plan as he now has his own plan with Discovery
