Breach of Contract!!! Disgusting
After receiving notice I owed Discovery money we tried in vain to sort out the matter, Their call centers are a mess and you never get to talk to the same person twice!<br> <br> I then complained here on Hello Peter.... Danita de Witt finally got in contact with me.<br> <br> To Date she has been to say the least, NOT very helpful!<br> <br> They query has gone on for ove two months and its one email after the next and to cap it all they cant show me I owe the money as they have a confidentiality agreement with the service provider!!!!! <br> <br> SO PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW WE RESOLVE THIS MATTER???<br> <br> The provider claims she has given the money back to Discovery, Discovery dont have record of this yet the provider sent me a statement showing the debt to Discovery. They seem to want to be paid twice!<br> <br> When you try get Danita to call me, she blatantly ignores me! Not a very professional response from a lady who is the Executive Relations Manager Discovery Health! <br> <br> They have become the most unprofessional bunch that I have had the honour of dealing with!<br> <br> From here my only recourse is to go to the Ombudsman. I wanted to sign up again with Discovery but cant while this matter goes unresolved now no medical aid! Serious Probl

The Scheme paid the provider for the claims in question. When your membership was withdrawn, the Scheme reversed the claims against your statement.
Due to a consultant error, your provider was incorrectly information that the funds was reversed against her. This is why she requested that you pay the claims to her again.
I have been in contact with the provider to offer her our apologies and to confirm the reversal of the claims did not affect her. She has made contact with you to confirm an arrangement.
I would like to also offer you my sincerest apologies for any frustration I may have caused you. This was never my intention.
