Hello a0000,

Thank you for your comment.

We have tried to contact you however you were not available to take our calls. I investigated your query and expenses that are not paid as part of the hospital event, such as medicines to take home and medical devices are funded from members available day to day benefit. Should the members plan not have an available day to day benefit the costs will be the members responsibility. We do communicate this when the authorisation is requested.

While I do understand that you may not be satisfied with the outcome to your query it is in line with the Scheme rules.

Kind regards
Jashvir
